Yesterday I had my dental implant taken out. I was told by two periodontists that if I didn't take it out as soon as possible then I would risk losing the teeth next to it. The operation was pain-free and a quick success. I even got to see the implant after the surgery, though I declined to hold it (We weren't that good of friends). I now have a clear retainer that has a tooth inside so it looks like I have Invisiline braces on the top row of my teeth. I will most likely have a new implant by the end of the year so I thought I would get a year of toothless jokes started on the right foot.
"Whoa, did you get in a fight with Stephanie?"
"Brett looks like a Jack o' Lantern." Stephanie's favorite joke so far
"Do you play hockey?"
I finally thought of a good comment for Stephanie's mice job, so give me a couple weeks and I'll think of a brilliant one for you Brett.
ReplyDeleteNow that I've built up Steph's it is going to see lame. I was going to say:
"What are you going to do tonight Stephanie?"
"The same thing we do every night.....try to take over the world"
Ok now that seems really lame.
