We headed to Colorado for a family reunion/break before Brett's 2nd year of dental school started. We packed up the kids late Sunday night and drove through the night in our faithful 2002 minivan as the littles slept.
First day we stopped to visit our dear friends, the McCoys and their beautiful home just outside of Fraiser, Colorado. We hiked, played with their puppy, and enjoyed some amazing food with them for the night and then trekked on to Steamboat Springs where we met up with some of Brett's family.
Why is it you always feel like you need a vacation from your vacation??
