Negotiation 101

We have officially found an apartment just two blocks from my office, and five blocks from the beach (Well the cliffs that lead to the beach). It is located in Miraflores, the tourist capital of Lima. It was a tough choice deciding between the the brand new three bedroom apartment and the brand new one bedroom apartment, that is, until I negotiated with the owner of the three bedroom apartment and convinced her to drop the price $150. After that, the choice was simple. Now it's time to start unpacking and stop living out of our suitcases.
