Happy Birthday Da!

I'm posting this a day after Stephanie's birthday, but we technically started the celebrating on Friday and have continued on to today. But the important thing to remember is that Steph's 26.

Just so you know, Friday was the main day of celebrating rather than Saturday as we were driving to West Plains. Stephanie, my mother, and I visited downtown St. Louis to see a Christmas Carol at the Fabulous Fox Theater. The Fabulous Fox Theater has existed for 80 years and boasts an impressive chandelier with a byzantine style theater. It was also decorated for Christmas with a dancing Santa and all.

We thoroughly enjoyed the performance and made a pact to eat at The Best Steak House the next time we came for a show, which may be sooner rather than later with Lady Gaga coming to town (Steph loves Lady Gaga in case you didn't know). If any of you readers would like to eat at the Best Steak House with us feel free to let me know. I have a feeling we won't be disappointed. We don't have a picture to post because we promised ourselves that we would take one after the performance, which we forgot to fulfill. Trust us when we say that it was a memorable performace at a beautifully historic theater.
