I have not been the biggest fan for taking shots of my belly. If you really want some pics you'll have to ask Brett, he likes to capture the times like when I have leftovers scattered around my stomach, images of my coat not being able to be buttoned anymore, etc. But if he posts them he knows he'll be in the doghouse so good luck trying to persuade him. The one on the left was 5 months, the one on the right is about 1.5 weeks short of 6 months. I know they're a little fuzzy but Brett had to wrestle me to stand still long enough for him to snap one for Janet. I'm a little bigger now from the last picture taken but that's to be expected. I don't have any other recent ones and today was one of those days where I did not want a pic taken of me :).
Yes, I've gained weight and yes I'm getting bigger and bigger by the second. Brett claimed today that I don't like being pregnant at all. That is a lie, it's a neat thing to be able to feel your baby and interact with her/him before anyone else does. Getting to see our little girl on the ultrasound was incredible but I felt like I already knew our sweet little one long before I got to see her just from all the bumps and kicks she's sent to my bladder :). The excess weight is not that much fun, my back hurts, my joints ache, and I'm starting to swell but it's worth it to know that we're going to have our little girl soon!
